Service Description

Wisconsin Residents Only: The Women Health Contraceptive Exam includes a medical evaluation and if qualified a 1 year oral contraceptive prescription and medication supply. All VIRTUAL Women Health Contraceptive Exams require a blood pressure examination. Blood pressure monitors will be mailed to your home prior to your online evaluation and you will be directed on how to properly take your blood pressure at home. Virtual Appoints must be scheduled at least 1 week out to ensure proper delivery of examination equipment.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please make sure to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% fee will be collected for all no show appointments. PLEASE NOTE: If you are doing a virtual oral contraceptive exam you MUST schedule at least 1 week out.
